Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Handle My Socials, operated by How Minds Work ("we", "us"). By connecting an account or using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
Handle My Socials plans, creates and publishes social media content to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that you authorize us to manage, replies to comments and messages on your behalf when asked, and reports on how that content performs. We use Meta's official APIs to do this.
2. Your account and authorization
- You confirm that you are authorized to manage each Page and Instagram account you connect.
- You can revoke our access at any time (see our data deletion page). Posting, messaging and reporting stop when access is revoked.
- You are responsible for the content and offers you ask us to publish, and for having the rights to any photos, video or music you supply.
3. Free trial and payment
We offer a free trial. After the trial, continuing the service requires a monthly plan whose price we tell you in writing before you start. You can cancel at any time and the plan ends at the close of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Handle My Socials to publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, to spam, or to break the rules of Facebook, Instagram or Meta's Platform Terms. We may decline or remove content that violates them, and we may suspend the service if these terms are breached.
5. Results
We work to make your accounts active and your content strong, but we cannot guarantee any particular number of views, followers or sales. Platform algorithms are outside our control.
6. Third-party platforms
Facebook and Instagram are services of Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of them is subject to Meta's own terms. If Meta changes or restricts its APIs, parts of our service may change.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including data received from Facebook and Instagram.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
